Bronxville School Centennial
The Bronxville School Marks its Centennial Year with a Day Dedicated to its History and Celebration for What’s to Come
The district that is known for excellence in education and leadership in forward-thinking will pause for a single day dedicated to honoring the history and accomplishments of the Bronxville Union Free School District on its 100th year anniversary. The Bronxville community has collaboratively designed a day of celebration and programs taking place on Saturday, September 24 made possible by the generous support of several school and community organizations including the School Board of Trustees, Bronxville School Foundation, Bronxville PTA, Bronxville Historical Conservancy, Chamber of Commerce, Village Trustees, the Centennial Steering Committee, and current Bronxville students. The curated day-long program will include school tours, alumni panel interviews, PTA centennial apparel sale, and photo retrospective of the school’s 100-year history.
"It is wonderful to be in the district at this time of celebration and to feel the community's energy and pride. Our homecoming week will culminate in a specially planned day dedicated to honoring 100 years of this esteemed district, the roots of which are deeply embedded in the school, strengthening our foundation for growth, integrity, and innovation.
Superintendent Dr. Roy Montesano
