Bronxville High School’s Fuller Center Club spent Saturday, October 4, giving back to the community during a volunteer build day in Rye Brook. Working in partnership with The Fuller Center for Housing of Greater New York City, students spent the day assisting a local veteran’s family with yard work, gardening, and home maintenance.

The Fuller Center Club provides students with opportunities to engage in meaningful, hands-on service projects that help improve local homes and strengthen communities across the region. Through these experiences, members learn the importance of collaboration, compassion, and civic responsibility while making a tangible difference in people’s lives.

The day concluded with students reflecting on the importance of community connection and the value of helping neighbors in need — a lesson that extends far beyond the classroom and speaks to Bronxville’s commitment to kindness and service.
