Bronxville School Welcomes Students Back for New 2026-2027 Year

The Bronxville School welcomed back its students on Sept. 8 for the new 2026-2027 school year. The first day was filled with excitement and energy as the students reconnected with friends and teachers, settled into their classrooms and looked ahead to a year of learning, growth and new opportunities.

Throughout the day, the students explored their classrooms, organized their school supplies, reviewed expectations and participated in teambuilding activities. Sixth graders spent time with their advisors, who provided guidance as the students began their transition to middle school. At the high school, seniors welcomed ninth graders by leading tours of the building, helping them feel more confident as they began their high school experience.

“We are delighted to welcome our students back and look forward to a year filled with learning, growth and discovery,” Superintendent of Schools Dr. Rachel Kelly said. “The first day of school marks the beginning of new opportunities for every student to fulfill the Bronxville Promise inside and outside the classroom.”
