Students Volunteer to Beautify Church Property

Members of Bronxville High School’s Habitat for Humanity Club volunteered in Yonkers on May 30, helping to beautify the grounds of a local Lutheran church through painting and planting flowers. The students worked together to enhance the space while making a positive impact in the community. 

“The project was a rewarding opportunity to support a meaningful cause, give back to others and spend time with fellow club members dedicated to service,” said Zhanna Cabrera, who co-advises the club with Chris Doyle.
