Bronxville High School junior Grace Gramins has been named a 2021 National YoungArts Foundation Merit winner in the singer/songwriter category. Selected from thousands of applications, Gramins is one of 659 talented young artists from across the country to be recognized with the prestigious award.

Established in 1981, National YoungArts Foundation identifies the most accomplished young artists in the visual, literary and performing arts, and provides them with financial, creative and professional development opportunities throughout their artistic careers. YoungArts award winners are chosen for their caliber of artistic achievement by esteemed discipline-specific panels of artists through a rigorous blind adjudication process, according to the organization.

In the spring, Gramins will have the opportunity to participate in virtual masterclasses and professional development seminars with other award winners.
