Bronxville Middle School students began their regular session of the new school year in person on Sept. 9. Principal Dr. Thomas Wilson said the students rose to the challenges and adjusted well to changes and some temporary classrooms due to the recent flooding of the building’s first floor, caused by Hurricane Ida.
“The teachers were excited to meet their new classes and were prepared to make this an excellent start to school,” Dr. Wilson said. “I never cease to be impressed by the resilience and creativity of our teachers, and this September yet again my staff has shown an incredible commitment to this community. I am truly thankful to our faculty, staff and maintenance crew for everything that has been done to help us be in school from the beginning this year.”
