Seniors Display Artwork at Young Artists Exhibit
Bronxville, NY

A group of 10 talented artists from Bronxville High School had their artworks on display at the Young Artists 2025 exhibit at the Katonah Museum of Art from Feb. 9-March 2.

The annual exhibition of high school seniors’ artwork gives aspiring artists an opportunity to participate in many aspects of mounting a museum exhibition. With the guidance of professionals, the young artists organize, publicize, curate and install their own exhibition.

“It is a huge honor for these students to be featured and to hang their work in a prestigious museum that normally shows work by celebrated professional artists from around the world,” art teacher Courtney Alan said. “This year, each Bronxville senior featured was voted on by their classmates to be included and all showed work that was along a variety of mediums from photography to digital drawing to graphite drawing. These works demonstrate the students’ accomplished skills from their dedication to arts throughout high school.”

Nearly 400 senior student artworks were exhibited from more than 40 high schools in Dutchess, Fairfield, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties.
